Ingredients

  • 1 litre ‏Milk
  • 2 tbsp ‏Sugar
  • 2 tbsp ‏Ghee
  • 1 cup ‏Dry fruits

A must have delicacy on Eid.



Directions

    Preparation

  1. Soaked overnight dry fruits – Almond, Pistachio, Cashewnuts and sunflower seeds.
  2. Remove the skin of Almond, Pistachio & Sunflower seeds and finely cut them.
  3. Fry them in ghee.

    Method

  1. Boil the milk and reduce it to half the quantity and add the sugar.
  2. Add dry fruits and simmer for few minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
