Aam ka Pana

Cool minty refreshing drink for hot summer made from raw mangoes.
Ingredients
- 3 Nos Raw mangoes (medium)
- 1 teaspoon Black Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
Directions
Preparation
- Pressure cook mangoes for 2 to 3 whistles.
- Cool and remove the skin of mango.
- Grind mint leaves.
Method
- Mash the pulp of mango and add 1 cup of water.
- Strain the pulp.
- Mix sugar, black salt, cumin powder and mint paste.
- Add 2 glass of water and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
