Chicken chilli

Ingredients
- 500 grams Boneless chicken
- 2 nos Onion (small)
- 2 nos Capsicum
- 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- As per taste Black salt
- A pinch Red color
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 2 nos Green chilli
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- For deep frying Oil
All time favorite form of chicken.
Directions
Preparation
- In a bowl mix red chilli, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, black salt & chicken. Marinade for 2 hrs.
- Cut capsicum in to cubes.
- Cut onion in to 4 parts and separate the layers.
- Grind green chillies into fine paste.
Method
- Heat oil and deep fry chicken. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in kadai, fry onion. Keep aside 3/4th of onion and leave 1/4th onion in kadai.
- Add ginger-garlic paste. Stir for 2 mins.
- Add chicken and tomato puree. Stir for 2 mins on slow flame.
- Add vinegar and soya sauce. Stir for 2 mins on slow flame.
- Add chilli sauce, chilli paste and tomato sauce. Stir for 2 mins.
- Add 1/4th cup of water, cover and simmer on 5 mins on slow flame.
- Open the cover and stir till all the moisture’s evaporates.
- Serve hot.
