Palak Pulao

Rice cooked in spinach and green peas.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Rice
- 1 bundle Spinach (palak)
- 1 cup Green peas
- 3 nos Green chili
- 2 nos Green cardamom
- 3 nos Clove
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 no Onion (Big)
- 1/2 cup Coriander
- 2 tbsp Oil
- As per taste Salt

Preparation
- Wash rice and soak for 10 mins.
- Finely chop onion.
- Wash and finely chop spinach.
- Finely chop coriander.
Method
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add green cardamom, clove and onion. Saute till it turns golden brown.
- Add coriander, green peas and spinach. Cook on medium flame till water evaporates.
- Add rice and salt. Mix well and cook till 2 whistles.
- Let the steam escape. Serve hot.
