Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sabudana (Sago)
- 1/4 Cup Peanuts crushed
- 1 No. Onion (Small)
- 10 Curry Leaves
- 2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Nos Green chilli
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/4 cup Coriander

Preparation
- Soak sabudana for 1 hr
- Chop Onion and green chilli
Method
- Mix crushed peanuts in soaked sabudana
- Heat oil in non stick pan. Add mustard seeds, let it crackle.
- Add curry leaves, onion and green chilies. Saute for2 mins on medium flame.
- Add mixture of sabudana & crushed peanut. Mix well, add salt and cook covered on low flame for 5 min. Stir in between.
- Add coriander and serve hot
