- 1 litre Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 cup Dry fruits
A must have delicacy on Eid.
- Soaked overnight dry fruits – Almond, Pistachio, Cashewnuts and sunflower seeds.
- Remove the skin of Almond, Pistachio & Sunflower seeds and finely cut them.
- Fry them in ghee.
- Boil the milk and reduce it to half the quantity and add the sugar.
- Add dry fruits and simmer for few minutes.
- Serve hot.
