Unique Crispy Dosa with Red Chutney and Aloo Masala Recipe
Masoori Rice- 2 cups (Using Masoori Rice enhances the taste of your Dosas)
Toor Dal- 1 cup
Yellow moong dal- 1 cup
Urad dal- 1 cup
Methi Dana- 1/2 tsp
Regular red chillies- 7 to 8
Green chillies- 4
Ginger- a little more than 1 inch
Water for grinding batter- 350 ml
Oil for making dosa
For making Red Chutney:
Desiccatted coconut- 3/4 cup
Water to soak desiccated coconut
Garlic- 10 cloves
Red chillies- 6 to 7
Salt to taste
Imli pulp- 1 tsp or as per your taste
Soak together the dals, rice and methi dana overnight after washing them properly.
Before grinding them wash them one more time.
Grind them to a smooth batter by adding some red chillies, green chillies, ginger and some water.
Transfer the batter to a bowl or any airtight container and let it ferment.
Once fermented, make crispy dosas out of it by applying the red chutney (recipe shown in the video) which goes really well with this dosa and some aloo masala
